History of T'ai Chi Chih®
Tai Chi developed in India around the 6th century BCE, and spread to China. Today, some Tai Chi forms that have been practiced in the same way for over a 1,000 years. T'ai Chi Chih® originated in 1974 and uses movement, breath, and posture to impact the energy in our bodies.
