Close your TCC practice. Center yourself in the
resting position. Place your left heel just above the
right ankle, flexing the right knee.
Bring your hands to a position in front of your face,
fingers and forearms parallel with the ground, thumbs upright,
left hand inside your right hand. Let your gaze relax as
you view the world over your fingers and forearms.
Relax, feel your energy, your chi, supporting your arms
especially at the elbows. Breathe slowly, holding the
pose for 10 to 15 seconds or longer, much longer if you
prefer. When you are ready, go back to the resting
position, and greet the day.
Take a moment to collect yourself mentally. Take your
spirit of calm and energy into the world.
